Where I grew up
I’ve had a well-rounded upbringing, living with adults and teenagers, as well as both large and small dogs. At different times, I’ve been an only dog or part of a pack, and I’ve enjoyed attending a workplace with my carer—though I do get a little restless in long meetings!
A good fit for me is...
I would do best in an active home where my family enjoys training, outdoor adventures, or interactive play. I need a handler who is confident managing my occasional dog distractions and who will give me opportunities for structured off-leash play. While I can settle at home, I thrive when given plenty of exercise, enrichment, and sturdy toys to satisfy my love of chewing
My personality traits
Smart & Trainable – I love learning and respond well to structured training. I walk beautifully on a loose leash, especially with a head halti or front-attaching harness.
Playful & Energetic – I adore games and need durable toys to keep me entertained. With proper outlets, I’m easy to live with and settle well at home.
Confident & Adaptable – I’m comfortable in noisy and busy environments, and I cope well when left alone with enrichment.
Social but Selective – While I have great social skills off-leash, I can sometimes be leash-reactive with certain dogs. My responses are inconsistent—some dogs I ignore, while others can trigger excitement.
Well-Mannered at Home – I settle beautifully in my crate and have a good "off-switch." I may need some puppy-proofing at first, but once I’m settled, my house manners are excellent.
Health Notes
I was diagnosed with Tricuspid Valve Dysplasia, a heart condition that prevents me from being part of the breeding program. However, I don’t show any symptoms, and the chances of me developing clinical signs are very low.
